Meet Richard Sandrak — once known as the world’s strongest boy and Little Hercules. His body was unlike any other child’s, or for that matter, any adult’s. His journey to becoming super ripped has been a wild ride. As a child, he was doing 600 sit-ups and push-ups a day and bench-pressing over three times his body weight.
