Carissa is also a certified personal trainer and along with her husband owns Evolution Fitness Orlando a private, one-on-one training studio. When she’s not at the gym or talking nutrition she works as a race announcer for the RunDisney series. Prior to becoming an RD, Carissa had a distinguished career as a TV host and sports reporter. She has been seen on CBS College Sports, Home Shopping Network, and at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports. Carissa is also a fan of the social media world and writes the popular fitness blog Fit2Flex.
