Amazon Driver Fired After Woman Seen Exiting Delivery Van

It was an ordinary morning for Tik Toker Jenny Jackson. She made herself a cup of hot coffee and began scrolling through her Instagram feed.

Then, suddenly, she saw an Amazon Prime van pull up in her neighbor's driveway. And what happened moments later made her hair stand on end...

The Neighbors

Jenny never bothered getting to know any of her neighbors because they were constantly moving in and out.

So, she was used to seeing moving trucks and vans outside her window. But there was something about this particular van that caught her attention.

Something Was Off

Jenny felt like something was about this Amazon Prime van, but she couldn't put her finger on it. For some reason, the driver wasn't stepping out of the vehicle.

She took out her phone and began to film him.

A Strange Woman

Jenny wondered why the Amazon driver didn't want to ring the doorbell. Instead, he kept calling someone on the phone over and over again.

Then, suddenly, the back door of the van opened, and a woman jumped out.

Shocking Scene

She was wearing a black mini dress and high heels. The Amazon driver stepped out of the van and held the door open for her.

"Thank you!" the woman said. Jenna couldn't believe what she was seeing.

Confused

“Oh my god. What in the world am I bearing witness to? I’m pretty sure this has to be against company policy, right?” Jenny joked.

She posted her video on Tik Tok and it instantly blew up.

The Video

Jenny filmed the woman hopping out of the van and taking off her high heels. She walked back to her house barefoot.

So who was she? And what was she doing inside the Amazon Prime van?

Viral

It didn't take long for Jenny's video to go viral. It hit all the big news channels and social media platforms.

A few days later, the company fired the driver over Jenna's Tik Tok video. So what actually happened?

Unexpected Visit

One day, Jenny heard her doorbell ring. It was the same woman she filmed getting out of the Amazon van earlier.

She wasn't happy with Jenny publishing the video online and wanted her to take it down.

Upset

The woman was upset that Jenny filmed her without her permission and published it online.

Jenny felt awful and apologized to her, promising to take the video down. But what the woman said next surprised her.

The Explanation

The woman then explained what really happened to her that morning and why she ended up in the van.

As it turns out, she was partying that night and her wallet had gone missing at some point during the evening.

Offer Accepted

She didn't have any money on her and opted for walking home. The Amazon driver saw her walking alone and offered to give her a lift home.

At first, she declined his offer as she didn't feel safe riding with a stranger. However, she was freezing and soon accepted his offer.

Helping The Woman

The Amazon driver also said that nothing more happened. He simply wanted to help her.

But were they really telling the truth?

"I'm Sorry"

Jenny didn't know what to think as she listened to the woman. "I'm so sorry," she said. "I'll take the video down right now."

"Well, it's a little too late for that," the woman responded, walking away. Then, the following day, Amazon released a statement.

The Statement

"This does not reflect the high standards we have for our Delivery Service Partners and their drivers. Allowing unauthorized passengers to enter delivery vehicles is a violation of Amazon policy, and the driver is no longer delivering packages to Amazon customers," the statement read.

What do you think really happened?
