Try This: Creamy Vegan Berry Smoothie


1 Cup Almond Milk

1 Cup Fresh Strawberries

1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

1 Banana

Juice of 1 lemon

½ Cup Ice

4T Chia Seeds (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy. Add chia seeds, mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes. The chia seeds make this smoothie into a pudding-like consistency and add a source of complete vegan protein.
